My USB cable is too short. It can't reach USB pins on M/B.


We made a custom cable just for users in this situation.
The cable is called "Internal USB Extension Cable, Internal USB Female to Internal USB Female/Male"


The cable is originally a female to female cable.
We simply added detachable 4 pin headers.
Length is exactly 24 inches from end to end including the connectors.
4 pin headers now allow this cable to be male to male, female to female, or female to male.

The cost of the cable is $4.95 for users within 1 year warranty. (This is for S&H, plus bare material cost)
The cost of the cable is $9.95 for users beyond 1 year warranty. (This is for S&H, bare material cost, plus labor)

My power button doesn't work.

Wrong Connection - Check with your M/B manual. The section is commonly referred to as "Front Header Configuration".
